Collaboration with the community and access to support networks are crucial to assess uncertainties and capitalize on opportunities. Thus, risk management becomes a continuous process of assessment and adaptation to ensure the sustainability and development of rural businesses. This study shows the essential role of managerial competence and strategic planning in successfully managing the challenges and opportunities of rural entrepreneurship.
